Maybe you accidentally ordered everything bagels when you really wanted sesame, or perhaps your iced latte arrived a little warmer than you’d like. At Coffee Bagels & More, we’re committed to making your experience a positive one, so let’s chat about how we can help.
We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to make things right. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer you a full refund or exchange.
- For in-store purchases: Simply bring your receipt and the item you’d like refunded back to the store within 24 hours of purchase. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you with a full refund on the original form of payment.
- For online orders: If an error occurs with your online order (wrong item received, missing item, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and may offer you a full refund or a replacement order, depending on your preference.
